Want to build
self-awareness, confidence, and resilience in your teen?
Let us help your family be intentional about raising strong kids.
Self-talk, outlook, grit...these determine how teens approach life.
If you aren't shaping your teenager's mindset, the world around them will.
Yes! I need this.
Built by a Middle School Principal and a Confidence Coach, who are also parents to 6 kids in their blended family.
Did you know that teens who feel supported by their parents are 70% less likely to suffer from depression.
Open communication between parents and teens increases resilience and positivity.
Kids can be hard to crack, especially in those teen years. There will be frustration and awkward silence. There will be one word answers and 'I don't know's. But DON'T stop connecting when it seems like they have no interest. They want to know you care, they need to know you believe in them.
Does this sound like your teen?
- Talks negative about themselves and doesn't give themselves any credit.
- Shows big emotions, that don't always fit the scenario.
- Scared to try new things, shies away when things 'feel hard'.
- Struggles with friendships or working through hard feelings.
- They are WAY to hard on themselves.
- Wants to achieve big things and will need grit and motivation to achieve them.
A Mindset Shift Will Help, And You Can Lead Them to This.
Kids learn plenty of math and science in school. But as parents, we know the true keys to success are the ability to:
Control our reactions
to life events
Overcome stumbling blocks in life
Face new & unknown
situations
Keep our mind focused on the good
With our tools, you can pass along encouragement through daily texts and learn more about each other with weekly dinner conversation prompts. They'll learn to self-reflect, articulate their thoughts and you'll grow a stronger connection.
Like learning any subject or sport, building strong mindset skills takes time, repetition and consistency.
So what's inside?
Tools tailored for parents of teens. Our intentional and regular prompts take the guess work out of what to say and how to build up your teen's outlook.
DAILY
Mindset Messages & Message Library
We'll email you each Sunday 5 encouraging messages (one for each weekday). You can then copy and pass along to your teen, being an encouraging voice to them.
Extra bonus - we think these message will help you as a parent grow, too!
WEEKLY
Conversation Prompts
Each week you'll get a "Word of the Week" with 3 questions your family can talk through over dinner.
It's fun to see how each person may answer the same question differently. Your family will grow in understanding each other and get to see things from another perspective.
MONTHLY
Challenge to Take Action
Learning isn't complete without action. These actions help you spread kindness, build positive relationships, take care of your mental wellbeing and care for your physical body.
The whole family can participate in these and share your experiences throughout the month!
This isn't just for parents...
grandparents, coaches and teachers use this too.
- Parents - Introduce healthy mindset concepts through your child's phone daily.
- Grandparents - Encourage your grandkids without struggling to find the words.
- Coaches - Uplift your team's character development with daily messages.
- Teachers - Post a daily mindset concept on your board for students.

This is now part of my morning routine - login, find a message, send to my sons. It's easy and it gives us something to talk about on the way home from school.
